Nicole D’Souza is currently journeying towards becoming a Certified Economic Developer. Although in college she had her heart set on entering the political field upon graduation, Nicole fell in love with Economic Development during her junior year of college and has been in the field soaking up as much information as she can ever since. Her favorite elements of economic development are relationship building, small business development, and benchmarking local economies.
Nicole is Impact DataSource’s Business Development Manager and focuses the majority of her attention on spreading awareness about the company. She also leads Impact DataSource’s marketing campaign, primarily through monthly newsletters and webinars. Before joining Impact DataSource, Nicole was the Manager of Business Retention and Research at the Greater Irving-Las Colinas Chamber of Commerce.
Nicole has a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of Dallas.
Born and raised in Northern California, Nicole never misses an opportunity to go to the beach or slip off to Napa for an afternoon of wine tasting. On weekends, you can find her playing with her dog Kelly, trying out a new recipe in the kitchen, or hanging out at a coffee shop.
